Refund Policy

This policy outlines refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for all services provided by Barbell Dietitian / Keenan Torrevillas.

By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Coaching Subscriptions

Due to the time, planning, and ongoing support involved, coaching services are non-refundable once commenced.

This includes:

Onboarding and program setup
Meal plan development
Check-ins and feedback
Messaging access
Resource delivery

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time with 7 days’ written notice prior to your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

2. Dietetic Consultations

Rescheduling

Consults may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations / no-shows

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a booked consult is treated as a completed session.

This policy respects the reserved time allocated for you.

3. Meal Plans

All personalised meal plan purchases are non-refundable once:

Intake forms have been submitted, or
Planning has commenced

This is due to the individualised time and professional work involved.

Edits

Your plan includes one round of minor edits within 7 days of delivery. Major revisions or full restructures may incur additional fees.

4. Clarity Calls

Free clarity calls may be rescheduled with notice. Repeated no-shows may limit future booking access.

5. Medical Nutrition Therapy & Rebates

Where Medicare, DVA, or private health rebates apply:

Full payment is still required upfront
Rebates are processed independently
Responsibility for rebate claims rests with the client

No refunds are issued for rejected or ineligible claims.

6. Digital Resources & Add-Ons

Digital products and add-ons (including supplement protocols, bloodwork reviews, trackers, or guides) are non-refundable once delivered.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at the practitioner’s discretion.

8. Service Termination

The Practitioner reserves the right to terminate services where:

Communication becomes inappropriate
Terms are breached
Payment obligations are not met

Where termination occurs, refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on work completed.
