We’ll review your health history, lifestyle, training, and nutrition habits. From there, I create a personalised strategy tailored to your goals — whether that’s performance, body composition, or health.

3. Personalised Support

Depending on the service, this may include coaching check-ins, consult follow-ups, meal plans, or ongoing adjustments. Everything is designed to be realistic, flexible, and sustainable.

4. Progress & Adjustments

We track what matters, refine your plan as needed, and build habits that last. Nutrition evolves with your training, schedule, and life — not the other way around.

FAQs

Do I need to be an athlete to work with you?

No. While I specialise in performance nutrition, I also work with the general population for weight management, health conditions, and building better nutrition habits.

What’s the difference between coaching and a consult?

A consult is a one-off (or short-term) session focused on clarity and direction. Coaching provides ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments over time. If you want structure and long-term results, coaching is usually the better fit.

I’m not competing, is performance coaching still relevant?

Yes. Performance coaching isn’t just for competition. It’s about fuelling training, recovery, and daily life effectively — whether you’re training for an event or simply training hard.

Do you provide meal plans?

Yes. Meal plans are included within coaching or available as a standalone service. All plans are personalised to your energy needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

Can I claim any rebates?

Medicare, DVA, and private health rebates may apply for eligible clients. If you’re unsure, you can ask during your clarity call or initial consult.

Is everything online?

Yes. Currently all services are delivered online via video consults, check-ins, and messaging — allowing flexibility and consistency no matter where you’re based. In the future, I plan to expand the platform to also support in-person consults for those who prefer face-to-face sessions.

Do you take a flexible or strict approach to nutrition?

Flexible. My approach is evidence-based, realistic, and sustainable. Nutrition should support your life and training — not control it.

How long do people usually work with you?

It depends on your goals. Some people start with a consult, others choose ongoing coaching for several months. My goal isn’t for you to rely on me long-term — it’s to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to sustain habits and keep progressing confidently on your own.
