Performance-first nutrition, backed by clinical expertise
I’m Keenan — an Accredited Practising Dietitian and competitive weightlifter, working with athletes and active individuals to fuel performance, training, and long-term health.

I support a wide range of athletes, including weightlifters, powerlifters, CrossFit athletes, runners, and endurance athletes, as well as active individuals looking to improve health, body composition, and confidence with food. I also provide medical nutrition therapy via Medicare and private health, supporting areas such as weight management, diabetes, PCOS, and other metabolic health conditions.

With experience across clinical, private practice, and performance-focused settings, my work blends evidence-based nutrition with real-world practicality. As both a clinician and an athlete, I understand the demands of training, recovery, and everyday life — and how nutrition needs to support all three.

Tailored Dietetic Support

Nutrition Coaching
Ongoing 1:1 nutrition support for people who want structure, accountability, and results. Coaching is available at two levels — Everyday for general health and habits, and Performance for athletes training and competing with intent.
Dietetic Consults
High-impact, one-off sessions designed to provide clarity, direction, and practical next steps. Ideal for weight management, performance goals, or medical nutrition support. Medicare, DVA, and private health rebates may apply (if eligible).
Meal Planning
Fully customised 4-week meal plans tailored to your training, lifestyle, and food preferences. Perfect if you want clarity and convenience without committing to ongoing coaching, with simple meals, prep guidance, and optional add-ons.
Comp Prep Packages
Structured nutrition support for those preparing for any competition, race, or event. This fixed service includes phase-based planning, check-ins, and competition-specific strategies.

All services are delivered online and fully personalised, with flexibility to fit your goals, lifestyle, and schedule. Medicare, DVA, and private health rebates may apply for eligible clients.
